Please read these terms of service ("terms of service", "terms") carefully before using the goldensegroupinc.com website (“website”, "service") operated by Goldense Group, Inc. ("GGI," "us", "we", "our").

Conditions of use

By using this website, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to leave the website accordingly. Goldense Group, Inc. only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

Privacy policy

Before you continue using our website, we advise you to read our Privacy Statement regarding our user data collection. It will help you better understand our practices.

Age restriction

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can use this website. By using this website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may legally adhere to this Agreement. Goldense Group, Inc. assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation.

Intellectual property

You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of Goldense Group, Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the Goldense Group, Inc.’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.

You grant Goldense Group, Inc. a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.

Order fulfillment and digital downloads

By purchasing products from GGI directly or through this website, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. When you place an order, and your remittance/payment method has been approved and accepted, you will receive an email from GGI sent to the email address that you provided with your order which will contain a link unique to your order. The digital file you purchased will be directly downloadable from this link. After GGI has validated that the file was successfully downloaded by you via your unique link, the link will be deactivated.

In the event of an error somehow occurring, please contact GGI directly and we will work with you to assure you have the file you purchased (see "Returns and refunds" in the next section). We have been filling orders this way for years and our customers have been satisfied. In the future, GGI plans to implement an ‘instant download’ capability within our internet store that would enable automatic downloads upon the placement of an order. Instant download capability is not available at this time.

Returns and refunds

Corrupted files: All files available for download from GGI's website are in widely-used cross-platform file formats such as pdf, mp4, and mpeg. Digital files are pre-tested by GGI, on both PCs and Apple McIntosh (Mac) platforms, before being offered for sale. GGI acknowledges that file corruption can sometimes occur during the act of downloading due power outages/blips, ISP service interruptions/blips, and several other highly infrequent causes. In the event that you have downloaded a file that will not open on your PC or Mac, and notify us within 3 days of the download, GGI will send you a fresh link within 14 days of your notifying us to download your purchased file a second time. During these 14 days, we will perform another round of testing to attempt to replicate your claim. If your second file somehow gets corrupted, and you notify us within 3 days of your download that your second downloaded file is corrupt, GGI will issue a full refund to you within 30 days of your second notification - including any applicable sales tax. By accepting our refund, you agree not to place any more orders for digital products from GGI again. Whatever hardware and software configuration you are running is incompatible with ours, and we should call it a day.

Satisfactory quality: GGI will not issue any refunds for claims of unsatisfactory quality. Unless the file is corrupted, all digital download sales are final and cannot be challenged. Our production quality is suitably professional. Large companies have used our products, including in executive and officer meetings, for over three decades. We are a small company, you should not expect Hollywood production studio quality.

Fit for purpose: GGI will not issue any refunds for claims that the file did not have the content you hoped or wished or expected or wanted. Since 1988, GGI has been respected for the accuracy of our primary research, accuracy of our secondary research, and providing customers with citations and references throughout our products so they too may find our sources. From the beginning of GGI, our culture is to make every effort to assure our customers understand what is factual and based on good data, versus what is opinion or interpretation. If you have any questions or curiosities about any of our products, BEFORE you purchase them, you should call GGI at 781-444-5400 to discuss them with us. We would welcome your call, and have had many such conversations over the years. We will not vette products in email or text conversations, these written mediums are too imperfect for nuanced conversation. Please call us in advance of placing an order if you are not certain the product is what you are looking for.

User accounts

As a user of this website, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website, inform us immediately so we may address it accordingly.

We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Applicable law

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Goldense Group, Inc. and you, or its business partners and associates.

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court Norfolk County, Dedham, Massachusetts and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Goldense Group, Inc. and its affiliates and hold Goldense Group, Inc. harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

Limitation on liability

Goldense Group, Inc. is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.

Goldense Group, Inc. reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement any time. GGI is a small company. It is not practical or economical to send mass emails to our user-base when we edit or otherwise change our Terms of Service. It is incumbent on users of this site to revisit this Terms page to make sure they are current.

This Agreement is an understanding between Goldense Group, Inc. and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
